Ad Copy Samples
If you’re interested in hiring me to write sales copy for you, then you’ll probably want to take a few minutes to look through the ad copy samples below.
In at least one case, I’ve posted the entire sales letter. But in most cases, I’ve posted just a section of the letter. There are a few reasons for this:
1. You really don’t need to read 16 pages of copy to get a feel for my style or skill. A few pages is enough.
2. This is a samples page, not a swipe file.
With that in mind, here are a few samples to check out.

MaestroConference – This is a sales letter I wrote to sell a new teleseminar technology that came out in the spring of 2009. This letter — along with a promotion I organized — helped to launch the business. Brian Burt, the founder and CEO of MaestroConference, said:
Productivity Engineering – I wrote this ad to sell an audio program designed to help people maximize their productivity. After writing this project, Michael Lovitch wrote:
“Ryan, you came up with really snappy copy… in fact much of it was brilliant. Plus, you’ve been a pleasure to work with. You’ve been a steady presence (even during crazy months) and eager to contribute all along the way. Thank you.”
Rent to Own Scam – A few years ago, Jon-Paul Torres contacted me to help generate more leads in his real estate investing business. So I wrote this ad. It produced hundreds of leads, reduced his advertising costs, and helped him close a number of additional deals. A few weeks after the ad went live, Jon-Paul wrote:
“Ryan was recommended highly by a friend, and somehow managed to write accurate copy that ended up converting at over 7% (without a follow up auto-responder sequence). Every time I have used him, I have recouped my investment within 2 days of the promotion. The rest is pure gravy.”
Robert Shemin Foreclosures – I wrote this newspaper ad to capitalize on the glut of foreclosures flooding the market. It is a lead-gen ad designed to get people into local introductory seminars. After writing three newspaper ads for three different seminars, Sandy Goldman wrote:
“Ryan’s copy is simply phenomenal. The most recent project he completed has already produced 8 deals for me in just 4 weeks. That’s worth over $15,000 to me to be conservative.”
Marketing Makeover Generator – Alex Mandossian hired me to write sales letters for three separate product launches, including Marketing Makeover Generator. After working with Alex for nearly a year, he had this to say about me:
“Ryan’s copywriting has provided us successful results on time and on budget. I would highly recommend him for your direct marketing campaigns.”
10 Days to Healing – One of my clients hosts regular healing retreats in Lavoy, Canada. Their whole mission and purpose is to help sick people get better. I wrote this sales letter based on the amazing results they were getting. After the sales letter ran for more than half a year, Vasili Kastashchuk said:
“What I love about Ryan is he doesn’t go for the bunt. He goes for the grand slam. He swings for the fences and typically he hits one out of the park. He is superb and I vouch for him 100%.”
Option Trading Is Risky! – Here is one of many ads I’ve written for A.J. Brown. I worked with A.J. for more than three years, helping to launch multiple products and seminars. The first letter I wrote was to sell A.J.’s membership site. More than a year later, I wrote a brand new letter from scratch that killed the old one. This is that letter. He says:
“Before we hired you, Ryan, we averaged 4 people per session… 8 at the most. All that’s changed since you wrote the sales letter. We’ve had as many as 16 people and as few as 10 in a session. The average is now 12 per session. That’s a 300% increase from your efforts!”
Remember, the ad copy samples I’ve posted here represent a fraction of what I’ve written since 2002. I’ve written literally more than a hundred sales letters and a couple thousand emails.

Very cool stuff… I really got a kick out of the “Robert Shemin Foreclosures” newspaper ad. I’m a sucker for a good print newspaper ad like that (wanted to keep reading and got annoyed when I couldn’t keep scrolling hahaha)
