How to Rapidly Optimize Landing Pages

I rarely watch training videos or recorded webinars these days because I find so many of them tedious. Given a choice, I’ll read because I read much faster than I can watch video.

Yet I found this Marketing Experiments web clinic to be very much worth watching.

The title of the presentation is “Rapidly Maximizing Conversion: How one company quickly achieved a 58.1% lift with a radical redesign.”

The first 30 minutes are the most valuable because Dr. Flint McGlaughlin explains his process for rapidly maximizing conversion and reviews a case study and its results.

He also talks about why single variable A/B testing is limited in its value; why multi-variant testing is not suitable for most websites; and the systematic process he uses to rapidly optimize landing pages.

During the second half of the presentation (28 minutes or so) McGlaughlin and a couple of guests provide optimization suggestions for user-submitted landing pages. Here’s the video:

Rapidly Maximizing Conversion

I hope you get as much out of the video as I did.
